Armando Uribe
Founder and Head of Architecture
For almost 20 years, our founder Armando traveled the world to discover different design disciplines, techniques, materials and approaches. Wave was founded in 2015 and is the fruit of his experience and inner journey now intertwined with his collaborators’ expertise in other disciplines making our unique approach to architecture boundless.
Juan José Mendieta
Head of Finance and Processes
Born in Guadalajara and raised in Bogota, Juan is an industrial engineer with a master’s in hospitality business from École Hotelier de Lausanne. Adventurous and passionate about travel, he has led hotels and restaurants in five countries over the past seven years, focusing on financial security and sustainability. Starting his own business in Mexico taught him resilience and success in the Yucatan. As a Business Strategist at wave, Juan oversees strategic planning, resource allocation, process optimization, and stakeholder communication.
Leandro Bruno
Construction Project Manager
Specializing in Lean Construction for 6 years, Leandro optimizes project planning by eliminating waste and ensuring continuous improvement, developing detailed plans for scheduling, costs, and logistics. As the central communication point, he ensures teams meet quality standards and deadlines. He manages labor, materials, and equipment for optimal results. Using Lean principles, he maintains workflow, reduces costs, speeds up delivery, and enhances resource efficiency, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Camila Mustapich
Integrist Architect
Camila is an Integrist Architect at Wave, originally from Argentina and 28 years old. With over 8 years of experience in architecture, she is skilled in various programs such as 3Dmax, InDesign, and Revit. Camila is inspired by creating comfortable and respectful spaces that seamlessly integrate with their surroundings, harmonizing design with natural elements like light and wind to foster a connection with nature and ourselves.
Lola Jallais Antonicelli
Head of Marketing
Originally from France, Lola studied marketing in Brussels, Paris, and Singapore. Her 12-year international marketing journey led her to specialize in architectonic brand development and art direction. For her, marketing is the subtle bridge between art and commerce, helping creators connect with their audience. She joined Wave for their people, sharing a common vision of redefining the way we create concepts and places.
